I have a dream last morning that I was in a final exam in the college. It's something like higher mathematics. But I hadn't prepared anything. I could not understand the words on the testing paper. I was very upset, my classmates had already finished their papers, but I even hadn't started. I went more and more nervous until I realized I have graduated for nearly five years and I am a doll artist, no need for higher mathematics any more. Then, I wake up, released. It's a typical example dream in Freud's analyzing dreams. The test dream happens when one face something improtant, but s/he doesn't think s/he works hard enough.The dream tells that the difficulties in the past has gone, so the difficulties at present will be solved too.
I think it because I receive orders more than I thought after the magazine published. I'm happy and feel responsible. I hope I can work in both day and night, but after casting whole day, I don't want to move in night at all...so I have that dream. Test dreams appeared before my graduation oral examination and many similar situation.
It's interesting that after I read Freud's analyzing, my dream changes a little, it becomes not so obvious, but after analzying, I think it has the same effect as a test dream. It seems like my subconscious don't want me know I'm dreaming and what it for. Haha.

I made a preorder form and other web pages in the afternoon and at night. I'm not familar with coding.@.@ No matter big or small, everything needs me. The preorder form is special for the chapter 3 dolls, to make it easier for people who place an order at the first time from my website.

about your questions,

first, please tell me how to make dolls prototypes more smooth ?! its my biggest problem >.<

I use liquid putty, spraying on surfaces, and putty, filling holes to make the surface smooth enough for casting. But before that, it's better to sand them as smooth as you can, that will save much time on putty work.

what resin do you use ? epox-something or pol-something ? im so nervous about casting...
oh and do you use sylicone as formes ??

I use pol resin. Haha, although I've casted for many times, I'm still nervous about casting.><

I'm making outfits for white rabbit and Alice.

Everyday, early moring, about 5a.m, I am waken up by my naughty cat, Mimi. He doesn't stop miaowing until I refill his bowl. Then, I sleep again til I feel something uncomfortable from my legs. It's him again! This time, he is lying against my legs. His furs stick on my legs here and there which makes me itch and hot... Being annoyed, I kick him off from my bed. After a few minutes peace, he comes back again, licking and scratching, make more furs on my legs! So I kick him again...However Mimi never gives up until I surrender and get up. A new day begins!

I took some photos of OOAK TenTen I for the auction page on ebay today. The auction page is ready, but I'm hesitaiting when to start. I don't want it ends in middle night. However, to worldwide, there are always some places in middle night...I think I should make a decision tomorrow.

And I ordered a large working table and a mirror online today. When they arrive tomorrow, I will start to prepare new zombie baby series, 'Alice in underland'. I'm going to release one character per month. The first one is white rabbit. It will be a quite different story with original Alice story. ^-^

I will move to a new place, not far away, at the end of this month. The new flat is a bit larger. And finally,I can sleep on a bed, not a sofa any more. Remmeber there is an tan Lotus by accident? I think I will make an one off edition. The theme is a bird too. ; ) Meanwhile, I will release a flaw tan Lotus which I casted two years ago. There is a cat fur mixed into resin on his nose. I tried digging the fur out and repair his face, but it doesn't make any better...Later, I tried casting a new head instead, but the color of resin doesn't match well.T^T. I've kept him for two years. It's better to find him a home now.

I'm preparing Lotus' outfits. Although I've planned to do all by myself this time, I have to handle some work to the aunty who used to help me with the sewing work. Otherwise, it might take a bit longer than expected. I think I can manage to finish 4 sets of zombie outfits by myself.

After failed several times, I'm on the right way, finally...
I found all problems in casting this time are due to the new branch of resin...
Now I've casted 4 zombie Lotuses and 4 crane Lotuses. And one tan (not light tan) by accident. It's still a bit hard for me to control tan skin color. This tan one has a good quality, um...what should I do? It's a pitty to throw him away and I don't want to sell him as a 'miscast',also, not keep for myself since I already have 2 tan Lotuses...maybe an OOAK? but the last should be the last...-_-！

I found a new kind of color and tested it in the past two days. The left one is the original color I used(it's uneven, you can see some black spots on his eyelid. And the color is not as my wish.), these on the right side are the test pieces.
The new color is much even. I'm quite pleased with that. The only problem is the new color contains water, which harmful to resin. Therefore, I need to use the resin as fast as I can, before they go bad.>~<
I will restart the casting work tomorrow. Hope everything is ok.^-^

The first cast is not successful. I tried a new kind of resin which is less toxic. The resin nearly has no smell, which I am quite pleased.
However, the oil colors I used are not suitable for this kind of resin. What's more, there are more air bubbles, I think it because that the liquid resin is thick.
Then, I have to find a way to solve these problems.
I have several ideas in my brain, but I'm not sure they will work.
Sometimes you just can't control what will happen next.
Headache...
P.S The weather is not fine these days, which makes cast harder.≈_≈

My cat, Miaomiao went out yesterday morning and hasn't come back. She often rushes out for playing when I open the door,receiving a package, but she comes back in just half an hour!
Now, about 36 hours passed, I can't find her anywhere. I think she might be trapped in someone's home, or lost outside. I think I heard some cat's miaowing but it's too light to recognize where the voice comes from, or it is just my hallucination...
I'm very worried. Does she has food and clean water now? Does she has a place to sleep? It's really fronze outside. Or is she still alive? The cars in neibhourhood are dangerous, several cats have been run over...
Everytime I open the door, hoping she is right there as usual, but everytime it's empty there. It's sad. She might be here within 50 meters, but I can't find her.TvT

因为损坏没想象的严重，所以Lotus的修复也比计划的快。这几天带着放假的心情，把56个部件的料口安装完毕，剩下的就是修补部分表面龟裂的水补土。顺便把cheese和新papana头完成，就可以做模子了。
讨厌翻模T_T，考虑了很久，Lotus还是自己翻了。这次打算买那号称环保无味的树脂试试，希望能减少些毒气=v=

现在已经是2010年了啊…时间不要过得那么快啊…
这两天开始动手修复Lotus原型，发现损坏比我想象中的轻。如果树脂不在冬天出什么问题的话，有希望二月前翻好。
为什么到现在，我还是要自己翻，自己磨呢…囧
几乎每个人都对我说，要做大，要做大…规模做大了，变成流水线了，才能赚更多的钱。恩…除了钱之外，就不能用别的衡量？比如，要做好…
2009年，托Lotus的福，卖掉的娃比以前多，自以为在化妆、做衣服上有所长进，但也因此没有时间做新娃，有些遗憾。
新的一年打算做新娃，具体还没决定，想做的很多，最想做的是纯粘土娃，或陶瓷的，但…现实生活不得不考虑。特别是把自己逼上高速轨道后，想减速就没那么容易了。
想到这里，也稍微会感到有些无趣，整天为"商品"忙碌…或许我期待的是更多别的东西吧。
恩，比如，一个牛博作者水平的朋友…
写得有点乱，表达无能。
最近一想到这个国家，那千种万种不幸的人，就很绝望。

追悼会

爷爷的追悼会上，我本打算不哭的。
结果…糟糕的追悼词。不知道是哪来的规定，悼词竟然是工作单位代表念的。显然就是一个万用模版，还不忘抨击"旧社会"，赞美"新社会"，还什么"坚决拥护G_c_d"，实在恶心死人。
单位代表恶心人可以理解，毕竟素未谋面，别指望能写出什么有感情的东西(我觉得根本没必要让一个陌生人来)。更伤心的是我爸读的答谢词…那抑扬顿挫的音调仿佛是一个小学生读着他的蹩脚八股作文。我只听到一句句硬生生的感谢来宾…不知道的还以为是开幕剪彩词…
在人生最后告别的时刻，只有这样干巴巴、假得不能再假的词句，让我心里一酸，想到爷爷的眼神，最后一天划过眼角的眼泪，最终没忍住，还是哭了。

大概是到了高中，我才明白，不是每个人都要死于癌症的。只是在中国，癌症发病率比较高…恩，毒牛奶，毒大米，毒豆腐，毒辣椒…甚至喝的水，呼吸的空气都有毒，不得癌症的算是幸运的吧。
经常看到电视里有人为治病花光积蓄乃至背债，于是我又开始认为，得了重病往往就会花光钱，托累整个家，然后死掉。

终于把Lotus Near完成了。最后一版背后的故事比较伤感，本来有好多想写，但始终觉得放在销售页面不合适，曾经一度想干脆不写，可这样又有悖我的初衷…于是简单介绍了下"丹顶鹤"的由来。
长久以来，一直很害怕死，害怕家人的死甚至超过自己。记得还没上学之前，有天晚上想到总有一天爸妈要死掉，就难过得睡不着，默默哭起来。
长大后，也希望过能把自己的寿命分点给妈妈，爷爷，奶奶，外婆就好了。(和外婆不是很亲，看在妈妈的分上。)
外公在我读小学二年级的时候，因食道癌去世。对他的印象非常模糊。只记得在医院看到他身上巨大的手术疤痕，从前胸延续到后背，好像一只巨大的蜈蚣缠绕在他身上。还有就是追悼会上，他那瘦得宛如骷髅的脸。当时觉得很吓人。
后来经常听到谁谁谁得癌症死掉，让我在很长一段时间里都以为人最终都会得癌症而死…
